With therefore much interest in how social networks work, one begins to wonder when there is marketing potential within these social networks?

There's been a virtual explosion of social networking internet sites previously year or two. Even the major people like Google, Yahoo and MSN are becoming into it.

With so much curiosity about how social networks work, one begins to wonder if there is advertising potential within these social networks?

I joined partly because I wished to see what these were, but more to the point to see on SEM what effect social networking would have in-the coming years.

For example, from my LinkedIn network of eight people I have an extended network of over 12,600 people.

But what advertising opportunities exist for Social Media?
